Write to print@pixelplusapp.com. It helps if you include your iPhone model, your iOS version, your printer’s make and model, and what you were trying to print.

Connect your printer

Print&Scan prints to AirPrint printers. AirPrint is built into iOS, so there is no driver or extra app to install.

  1. Put your iPhone and your printer on the same Wi-Fi network.
  2. Open Print&Scan, choose what to print and tap Print. Your printer appears in the list on its own.
  3. Pick the number of copies and the layout, then print.

Not sure if your printer supports AirPrint? Look for “AirPrint” on the box, in the printer’s specs or on the maker’s website. Most Wi-Fi printers sold in the last decade support it.

My printer doesn’t show up

  • Check that the iPhone and the printer are on the same network. Some routers have a separate 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz network; both devices need to be on the same one.
  • Press the WPS button on your router, then the Wi-Fi or WPS button on your printer. It joins the network in a minute or two.
  • Turn the printer off and on again, and wait until it has fully started.
  • Still stuck? Run your printer maker’s setup on a computer once to put the printer on Wi-Fi. After that you can print straight from your iPhone.

Scanning

Open the Scanner, hold your phone over the page and let Print&Scan find the edges. You can print the scan or share it as a PDF. Scanning works without a printer.

Free and Premium

Scanner, Text, Drawing and Photos are free, with two free prints to try everything. Premium unlocks every other tool and unlimited printing, as a monthly, yearly or one-time lifetime purchase.

Cancel a subscription

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Print&Scan. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple ID you used to buy.

Permissions

Print&Scan uses the camera to scan, your photos to print them and your contacts to print a contact list. You can turn any of these on or off in Settings › Print&Scan. See the Privacy Policy for details.
